From the large open-air kitchen one can easily smell homemade meat sauce, truffles, vegetables, fish and other Istrian produce that can be combined with pasta. Expert chefs and their teams, offer visitors sweet and savoury menus at promotional prices, such as: “fuži” with prosciutto and rocket, “makaruni” with Istrian beef sauce, “ravioli” with shrimps and zucchini, “ravioli” with porcini mushrooms and parmesan cream, gnocchi with chocolate and truffle spread or Labin’s “krafi” with muscat wine reduction. For traditional cuisine lovers there are other combinations, such as “makaruni” with butter, sage and prosciutto or sauerkraut with Istrian beef sauce. In the rustically decorated exterior, guest enjoy the delicacies while sitting on hay bales, with lantern lights and the sounds of bands performing jazz, pop and rock classics. Educational lectures, regarding pasta and the ingredients used in its production, are available on site. More than thirty exhibitors from all over Croatia offer local prosciutto, wines, oils, cheeses, cakes, ice creams, jams, souvenirs, natural cosmetic products and more.
