The semi-circular windows feature typical Istrian-Renaissance ornaments dating back to 16th century.
You can find a relief of the founder of the Jesuit order, Ignatius of Loyola, in the upper part of the façade, which is an indication of worshipping his cult in Žminj. Below the relief stands a stone inscription which reveals that Ivan Petar Marinac built the original house which was later renovated in 1658 to accommodate Žminj’s canonical and parish priests. The Marincic family was quite prominent in Žminj during the 16th and 17th century.
