Local producers

Latus dairy

Production range: fresh milk, yogurts and fruit yogurts, sour cream, curd, various types of hard and semi-hard cheese, mozzarella.

All types of cheese are produced of full fat, pasteurised, non-homogenised milk from the Istrian pasture lands while the fresh range of products is characterized by high quality, pasteurised, non-homogenised milk with no addition of artificial aromas, colours and preservatives.

Products can be tasted and bought at their main store at Gornji Orbanići 12/D.
Milk & Cheese Bar: In a cosy, warm atmosphere you may order and taste their cheeses, drink a glass of yogurt and hear their family story.

2018. 12. Dani hrvatskih sireva, Otočac - champion's title for hard Istrian cow’s milk cheese Veli Jože
Gold medal for their hard cow’s milk cheese “+2” (two years old); gold medal for Istrian hard cow’s milk cheese, gold medal for hard cheese in pepper.
