This project features a traditional Žminj dessert made from almonds, sugar, and egg whites, which was once prepared for important family occasions. The dessert is now packaged in special packaging with a logo and a QR code that provides information about Žminj and its surroundings. It has been presented to local hosts, who offer it as an edible souvenir and a welcome gift to their guests, allowing them to taste (feel) the tradition and be encouraged to visit (visit) Žminj.
The dessert can be ordered from local producers, such as pastry shop Erman in Žminj and IZO d.o.o. from Balići.
